We have the resources and expertise to help with business signs and professional sign services such as design, production, permitting and installation. We are looking for a qualified Commercial Signage Project Manager, with experience in all types of exterior and interior signage, to add to our talented team.Commercial Signage Project Manager Responsibilities:Work with clients to kick off projects and identify the full scope of work neededWork closely with Sales Staff to ensure project successRegularly update the client and Sales Staff of project statusUtilize resources available, determine project timeline, pricing accuracy, budgets & project needsForesee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, providing alternative solutionsCommunicate with all departments to bring projects from design to delivery & billingIdentify and adhere to budgetsProperly document projects utilizing appropriate software/programsIdentify when safety hazards are present at job sites and work to alleviate themInvoice clientsCommercial Signage Project Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 2 years commercial sign industry project management experience requiredAbility to estimate all types of signageHighly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced, changing environmentAble to stay calm and focused during the lifecycle of the projectBe accountable with strong time management skillsAttention to detailCritical thinkingFlexible and able to adjust to changing prioritiesAbility to work with varying personalities both inside and outside the companyExperience with previous ERP systemsExcellent communications skills, both written and verbalExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteCommercial Signage Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:Industry leading compensation (DOE)Benefits Provided401K w/ matchPlease submit a confidential resume for consideration.
