Senior Estimator (Wet Utilities) - Now Hiring Location: Corona, CA Salary Range: $126,000 $169,000/year (based on experience) Industry: Pipeline Construction / Civil Infrastructure We dig the future! Come join our family. We're seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimating efforts for major wet utility and pipeline projects. In this high-impact role, you'll take ownership of the estimating process, guide junior estimators, and deliver detailed, accurate estimates that drive project success from bid to build. What You'll Do: Lead preparation of comprehensive project cost estimates for construction, labor, materials, equipment, and operations Participate in client pre-bid meetings and perform site visits Analyze RFQs, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate estimates Explain and defend estimate breakdowns, including labor, man-hours, and resource needs Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment Use cost-estimating software and company tools to present detailed proposals Train, mentor, and support team members in the estimating department Contribute to project life cycles through takeoffs, change orders, and forecasting What You Bring: 10 years of estimating/project management experience in wet utilities In-depth knowledge of civil drawings, water district standards, soils reports, and project specs Digital takeoff skills (PlanSwift, OST, Bluebeam, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Why You'll Love It Here: Be part of a team shaping the future of infrastructure Competitive compensation with growth opportunities Family-oriented culture that values innovation, collaboration, and mentorship Ready to lead the way in estimating?
