Production Planner/Scheduler

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a custom CNC machine shop in Durham, NC who is hiring a Production Planner/Scheduler to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working onsite Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules. Ensure engineering teams stay on track to deliver high quality products on time. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align priorities and resources. Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Organize and track jobs from inception to delivery. Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process. Maintain clear communication across departments to support a seamless workflow. Requirements: Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or project management in a manufacturing environment. Background in a small to medium size machine shop is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in relevant scheduling and project management software.
