Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50 / hour Duties: Conduct new start and continuous training in assigned departmentsProvide constant guiding and coaching floor presence for associatesConduct shift check-ins and assist the SMX Account Supervisor as neededEnsure safety standards are being followedCommunicate policies, events, and changes to associatesUnderstand when to escalate associate concerns and issues to SMX or Callaway leadershipRespond immediately to any accident and complete accident report if account supervisor is not presentMaintain continuous communication with SMX & Callaway leadership team and assist with other supervisory duties as needed. Position Requirements: Must be 18 years or olderExperience working in a warehouse/distribution environmentForklift Experience (Cherry Picker and Reach - not required)Experience in a leadership/supervisory positionExperience in training/coaching othersStrong communication skillsAble to multitask and prioritize goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExhibit a strong commitment towards safetyAble to stand for duration of shift Flexible with scheduling and able to work overtime & weekends as needed Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
