Injection Molding Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts. Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and process optimizations to ensure efficient production. Inspect and maintain molds, tooling, and equipment to minimize downtime. Monitor product quality during production and make adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as an Injection Molding Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving machine and process issues. Ability to perform mold changes and set up machines independently. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
