Position Overview We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about quality service and take pride in their work. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vacation properties are safe, functional, and beautifully maintained for our guests and property owners. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues Collaborate with team members and management to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Uphold cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and workspaces What We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality Willingness to learn and grow with the company Prior maintenance experience is a plus, but not required - we are happy to train motivated individuals!
