Store Director / Manager / Operator Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers who understand their stores inside and out. We partner with top local retail leaders interested in moving beyond management to operate their own Grocery Outlet location. Grocery Outlet offers real independence over your store, similar to ownership, but with the support of an established brand behind you every step of the way. Our store operators make their own schedules, earn more as their stores become more profitable, and have the freedom to use their stores to help their communities. Store Director / Manager / Operator Operating a Grocery Outlet Requires: Strong decision-making skills to do what is right for your store (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.) Responsibility for total store operations, including complete management of the P&L Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees Utilizing an existing distribution channel to customize your product offering for your community Partnering with local organizations to make a difference in your community Strong drive and motivation Being an ambassador for Grocery Outlet   Qualifications: 4 years of retail management experience Experience overseeing a large team, including hiring and training Detail-oriented, analytical, quick-thinking, and extremely results-oriented Creative problem-solver Experience with merchandising displays Interest in autonomy and making your own decisions for your retail store Open to relocation   About Grocery Outlet: Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is one of the largest extreme-value grocery retailers in the United States.
