We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-SKU environment and has a strong passion for the beauty industry. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this role is responsible for managing cross-functional project execution from concept through commercialization. You'll drive timelines, align internal teams, and manage key deliverables across categories including beauty and personal care.Client DetailsBeauty Brand ManufacturerDescriptionLead end-to-end project management of new product launches across multiple brands and categoriesCollaborate closely with Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, and Operations teamsManage relationships with co-manufacturers and internal manufacturing teams (50/50 production split)Build and maintain project timelines and deliverables using Asana and ExcelEnsure accurate and timely submission of P&L documentation for each new SKUIdentify risks and proactively solve issues related to supply chain, production, and timelinesWork across more than 300 SKUs annually, driving multiple projects simultaneouslyManage and mentor junior team members in Product Development and InnovationHelp streamline workflows and improve process efficiency across departmentsManage external manufacturing partners (CoMans), ensure accurate completion of P&L documentation, and track project milestones using tools such as Asana and Excel.Profile3-5 years of Project Management experience in the beauty or personal care industryProven experience working with contract manufacturers (CoMans) is a mustStrong understanding of product development lifecycles and timelinesThe ideal candidate should have experience in product development and formulation but must also demonstrate a broader perspective beyond just the technical aspects of formulation.Experience managing multiple categories and product types simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHighly proficient in Asana and ExcelStrong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBachelor's degree is a plus, but not requiredThis role is fully onsite for the first 90 days then will switch to 4 days a week onsite.Job OfferBase salary: $90,000-$110,000Bonus structure based on time of hire and company performancePaid Time Off: 10 vacation days and 6 sick days annuallyMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Receive company equity after 1 year (long-term cash-out potential)Michael Page will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
