If you're passionate about aviation and ready to level up, we'd love to meet you.Why join us?We offer...Competitive pay 95,000-110,000/year DOE Great benefits, including medical, dental, and vision 401k & matchingRelocation assistance!Job DetailsThis opportunity is out of Henderson, NV -- relocation assistance availableYou will ...Direct daily ground handling activities, including towing, marshalling, aircraft parking, and ramp operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.Oversee all ground-based support for flights, including fueling, catering logistics, and equipment setup to ensure smooth, timely departures and arrivals.Lead, train, and mentor a team of ground operations professionals, promoting a safety-first, service-driven culture.Ensure full adherence to applicable FAA regulations, OSHA standards, and internal safety protocols consistent with top-tier industry certifications.Develop and refine SOPs to streamline operations, enhance turnaround times, and elevate the passenger experience.Manage relationships with FBOs, fuel providers, and ground handling vendors to maintain consistent quality and reliability.Oversee maintenance and procurement of ground support equipment such as tugs, GPUs, and baggage handling carts.Conduct safety audits, oversee ongoing training, and reinforce safety protocols throughout ground operations.Work closely with internal departments including Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Client Services to ensure unified execution of all ground-related tasks.Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.Experience5-7 years in aviation ground operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Private aviation or FBO background strongly preferred.Knowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of ground handling procedures, aircraft marshalling, ramp safety, and equipment operationsStrong working knowledge of FAA and OSHA complianceProven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teamsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesComfortable working in high-pressure, dynamic environmentsFamiliarity with aviation operations platforms (e.g., FL3XX) is a plusInterested in hearing more?
