As a Medical Claims Analyst, you will play a key part in maintaining provider data accuracy, supporting claims processing, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations"”all in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Contact medical providers via phone, fax, or email to verify and update critical contact information • Maintain and audit the provider database, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date • Validate departmental contact details through direct outreach to senior medical record or billing contacts • Respond to documentation requests and follow up in real-time with claims analysts • Identify and correct duplicate entries and spelling discrepancies in contact databases • Maintain HIPAA compliance throughout all communication and data handling • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to report issues or escalate concerns • Meet daily production goals and uphold punctual, reliable attendance • Support departmental objectives and perform additional administrative duties as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • 2-3 years of medical office or administrative experience, preferably with HIPAA-focused duties • Pleasant speaking voice and excellent phone etiquette • Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Internal provider databasesPREFERRED SKILLS • Call center and soft sales experience • History of strong attendance in prior roles • Experience in a production-driven environmentLEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
