This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects across the financial, entertainment, and commercial sectors.DescriptionResponsibilities for a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Los Angeles:Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements and building renovations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and contracts.Coordinate all project phases from pre-construction through close-out.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance.Provide clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract compliance.ProfileA successful Commercial Construction Project Manager in los Angeles:4+ years of experience in commercial building and construction project management.Demonstrated experience with tenant improvement, adaptive reuse, and/or historical renovation projects.Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms).Job OfferAn Offer for Commercial Construction Project Manager in Los Angeles:Salary ranging from $145K-$165K based on experienceHealth Insurance401k matchPTOCar allowanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
