Customer Service Coordinator

Area Customer Service Coordinator Boise, ID 83713 12+Month Contract Overview: This key position supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. The Area Customer Service Coordinator provides customer support across multiple sites in Boise, performing a variety of duties to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. The role is mobile, requiring travel to various locations to cover for absences, vacations, and other staffing needs. Responsibilities: Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts. Assist with process improvement, procedural testing, and field compliance. Aid in the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions. Assist in onboarding new team members and cross-training peers. Maintain and ensure accuracy of Site Procedure Guides. Perform site inspections for safety and compliance. Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality. Step in for absent personnel, including management, when needed. Travel to various accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers and escalate issues as needed. Collect data for the Monthly Operations Review. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma plus 12 months related work experience (post-secondary education preferred). Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods. Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive between 4 customer sites (up to 50 miles/day). Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software applications. Ability to submit monthly expenses accurately and on time. Flexibility to work varying hours and locations, including potential weekends. Physical & Mental Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent local car travel, including walking between buildings. Moderate dexterity for basic tasks like typing and using hand tools. Typical office/warehouse environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
