Markets Hiring: Houston, TX | Dallas, TX | Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $17 - $27 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical Retirement Here's what Skillit needs from you: Proven roofing experience (residential and/or commercial) Ability to use hand tools and power tools related to roofing Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability Here's what you'll be doing: Install, repair, and replace roofing systems (shingles, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.) Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair methods Safely remove old roofing materials Measure and cut roofing materials to fit properly Apply waterproof coatings and sealants Ensure job sites are clean and safe at the end of each day Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
