Employment type:24 hours patient care per week positionConsidered .75 FTE What you'll be working on:Managing a Pediatric patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certificationIn the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in Pediatrics for at least:2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing predominantly Pediatric patients ages (0-14)OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing Pediatrics patients ages (0-14), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing Pediatrics patients ages (0-14)State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start dateCPNP-PC preferred One Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients This is a 24 hours patient care per week position (.75 FTE) based in San Rafael or Mill Valley, CA. The base salary range for this role is $102,300 to $109,100per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
