Primary Responsibilities:Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800Maintain competency related to performing sterile compoundingParticipate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenanceTroubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compoundingParticipate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirementsWork within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptlyMaintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of ArizonaAbility to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)Ability to work onsite at 23620 N 20th Dr Suite 12 Phoenix, AZ 85085 until October 2025 with the ability to work onsite at 485 N Juniper Drive Suite 2 Chandler, Arizona 85226 thereafter Preferred Qualifications:Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certificationPharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experienceAbility to work independently to solve high-stakes problems Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaksAbility to lift to 30 poundsAbility to climb stairs and ladders The salary range for this role is $ 16.88 to $ 33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
