Senior Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support a dynamic Commercial Real Estate team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep experience in retail leasing, acquisitions, and real estate portfolio management across multiple states. This opportunity is full time and direct hire.What You'll DoReview and manage title commitments, surveys, and environmental reportsDraft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, easements, and closing documentsMaintain electronic legal files and track critical datesSupport lease administration, including estoppels and SNDAsLead eminent domain proceedings and negotiate compensationCollaborate with internal teams and title companies to ensure smooth closingsProvide legal support throughout the transaction lifecycleWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in commercial real estate (in-house and/or law firm)Strong knowledge of retail leasing, ground leases, and condemnation actionsExcellent drafting, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, and tools like CoStar, Dealpath, LucernexBachelor's degree requiredWhy Join the Company?You'll be part of a collaborative legal team supporting a diverse portfolio of iconic brands.
