This role is designed for a legal professional with a robust background in trust administration, estate planning, and probate. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of experience to our team, along with a passion for providing top-notch legal services to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities of trust and estate laws, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Trust & Estate Attorney, you will be called upon to:1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to trust administration, estate planning, and probate.2. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.3. Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.4. Develop and implement sophisticated estate plans, wealth transfer strategies, and succession plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.5. Negotiate, draft and review complex trust and estate agreements, ensuring the protection of our clients' interests.6. Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in trust and estate laws to provide the most accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Trust & Estate Attorney role will possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice law in the state, with a clean disciplinary record.3. A minimum of 8 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on trust administration, estate planning, and probate.4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex trust and estate cases.5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.7. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.9.
