Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence.2. Manage and organize case files, including proofing, binding, and filing pleadings with courts.3. Oversee the e-filing of briefs, Interrogatories, and other legal documents.4. File pleadings with courts and administrative agencies, particularly e-filings. Edit briefs and interrogatories.5. Maintain accurate time entries for all assigned tasks and projects.6. Utilize Excel and other data management tools to manage and analyze case-related data.7. Work with PDF documents; convert Word documents, extract pages, create forms. 8. Coordinate and schedule meetings, court dates, and other appointments, ensuring all are accurately reflected in the team's calendar.9. Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.10. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing professional and efficient communication.Qualifications:1. Experience as a Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant; litigation experience is preferred. 2. Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite and Outlook, etc.Interested in hearing more?
