Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) Location: Holland, MISchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) | OnsiteCompensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Responsibilities: Own the full-cycle recruiting process: post jobs, source candidates, screen, interview, and hire for direct labor janitorial positions (no management roles) Support a high-volume workload with 30+ open positions at any time-especially during the ramp-up for a new school district Reach out to candidates immediately via phone, email, or in person Recruit exclusively for the Holland location Use QuanTech (ATS) and WindTeam (HR software) to track and manage candidates Work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented office What We're Looking For:Must-Haves: Bilingual in Spanish & English (required) Outgoing and upbeat personality-comfortable talking to anyone, anywhere Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment Background in customer service, office administration, or recruiting Nice-to-Have: Experience in staffing or recruiting (especially with agencies like Manpower or Gill Staffing) Knowledge of janitorial or facilities-related roles#INMAY2025 #INJUN2025
