PAY AND BENEFITS: Hourly wage of $20-$21 per hour Paid Holidays Employer Paid Health Insurance, with dental, vision and life benefits available 401K matching 120 hours of Paid time off RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Picking/packaging productMUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 50 LBS Print off courier labels and place on shipments Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities Communicate any operational/inventory issues to the Lead Inventory inspections Maintain standards for customer service and quality control Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations and compliance Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes Relocate completed or defective products or materials to their designated areas, and completes appropriate documentation for inventory control Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Assists with training new and temporary personnel Any additional assigned by the Operations Manager
