A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Forklift Operator in the Plainfield, IN Area. The Warehouse Associate would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this position, please Apply or Email me with your resume attached at Forklift Operator Compensation • The pay for this position is $17 - $17.50 per hour depending on shift • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Forklift Operator Highlights • The required availability for this position is 2nd Shift (2:45PM - 11:15PM) Forklift Operator Responsibilities Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions Assist as required Act as back up at times of absence or vacation. Forklift Operator Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • Experience operating various types of MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Slip and Clamp, Dock Stocker) preferred • Ability to read distribution documents and operate MHE • Proficient in basic PC use • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, twisting, and reaching Forklift Operator Preferences • Previous warehouse experience preferred If you think this position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
