In this role, you'll be the friendly face of Frontier who helps customers find the best internet and communication solutions while delivering top-tier service right at their doorstep. If you're outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping people, Voyager Consultants wants to work with you! Customer Representative duties:   Clearly explain Frontier's products, services, and promotional offers in residential areas Assist customers in both English and Spanish Answer questions and address customer concerns in a residential setting Help customers sign up for new services and ensure accurate information is recorded Represent the Frontier brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Participate in ongoing training and team meetings   Bilingual Customer Service Representative requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be a resident of Ontario, CA Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people face-to-face Ability to work independently and as part of a team
