A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Marketing Manager - Store Experience Marketing Strategy in Boston, MA. If you are interested in this Marketing Manager position, please contact Sawyer at Marketing Manager Compensation The pay for this position is $40.70 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Marketing Manager Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Hybrid role (3 days onsite at 116 Huntington Avenue, Boston); remote considered for top candidates residing in EST Marketing Manager Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for customer-focused physical store experience strategies and pilot programs Develop and manage creative briefs to align initiatives with customer experience goals Create measurement plans to evaluate and optimize programs based on customer insights and key metrics Use internal and external data sources to guide messaging and strategy; conduct retrospectives, competitor analyses, and field visits Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Clinical, Finance, and Operations Manage signage production and distribution to support in-store initiatives Oversee project budgets, finance submissions, and monthly expense forecasting Coordinate clear and consistent communications with field teams in collaboration with Operations Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and impact of store format and pilot delivery Marketing Manager Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of marketing or store operations experience, preferably in retail marketing, shopper marketing, store experience, or agency strategy roles High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Experience working with creative agencies and providing strategic feedback Ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels in a matrixed environment Familiarity with in-store retail environments and end-to-end shopping experiences Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with experience management platforms like Medallia is a plus Intellectual curiosity with a drive to challenge the status quo and continuously improve If you think this Marketing Manager position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me"”feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
