Key Responsibilities of the Account Management Trainee Undergo intensive training to learn Comeback Investments' direct marketing and TrueConnect's services. Assist senior Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships with new and existing TrueConnect residential customers. Identify residential clients' evolving telecom needs, recommend TrueConnect solutions, and address inquiries. Provide timely and accurate customer support for TrueConnect services, billing inquiries, account modifications, and program eligibility. Develop strong client communication skills such as empathetic listening, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement to foster long-term client loyalty and retention. Maintain high client satisfaction by addressing concerns and educating clients on TrueConnect benefits and features. Identify basic account growth opportunities like optimizing client plans or suggesting relevant TrueConnect features. Accurately and systematically document all client interactions, account information, and service records in the CRM system. Work closely with sales, enrollment, and support to streamline the client experience from acquisition to service. Minimum Qualifications of the Account Management Trainee High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a strong plus. A year of experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, listen empathetically, and maintain professional relationships. A genuine passion for ensuring client satisfaction and a proactive approach to understanding and addressing ongoing client needs. High eagerness to learn about telecommunications products and services especially TrueConnect, account management best practices, and client retention strategies.
