Achieve and consistently exceed defined sales and enrollment targets for the TrueConnect campaign. Deliver exceptional customer service and basic post-sales support by addressing inquiries, resolving simple problems, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment data within the CRM system. Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Engagement & Sales Representative High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 1-2 years of successful customer-facing experience in sales, engagement, or enrollment, ideally in telecommunications, retail, or similar service industries. Proven ability to quickly build rapport, engage diverse audiences, and clearly articulate complex information in direct interactions. A strong sales aptitude and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and a drive to contribute to customer acquisition goals. Possesses excellent active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide suitable solutions for eligible individuals.
