The Customer Service Representative position is fast-paced and a valued team member of our company. The Customer Service Representative candidate will be expected to work well independently while consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service to existing and prospective customers and businesses. This Customer Service Representative position will be the primary point of contact for all customers concerning telecommunication products and services we offer while also serving as the main liaison to the sales department. The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will be very organized, personable, be interested in learning new skills, and be good at completing projects with minimal supervision. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as needed Learn how to connect with other team members to increase sales skills and be able to process customers orders Demonstrate the ability through training to understand our products available, the industry, and our competition to increase sales margins Improve customer satisfaction through consistently improving efficiency, service standards, and optimization of order processing Train with other top leaders to further develop skills and move into higher positions within the company Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Communication and customer service skills Basic sales skills is a plus Skilled at multitasking in a fast paced environment and time management Desire to assist a company to grow and develop career goals within the team Candidates with the following skills or experience are encouraged to apply ASAP!
