Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate: Participate in comprehensive training covering leadership principles, communication strategies, team management techniques, and product and service knowledge Engage with customers to understand what they are looking for in a service to find the best solution for them Learn how to process sales orders and create sales strategies to increase production and products Provide support to management teams with daily operational tasks, including sales data, reporting, and anything else that would be necessary to improve the sales processes Understand all product and service offerings to assist all businesses and train other Business Development Associates in the future Comply to company policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to our operations in Dallas Qualifications of the Business Development Associate: Strong interest in the telecommunications industry and a passion for leadership.
