Supplier Manager Compensation The pay for this position is $36.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Supplier Manager Highlights This is a hybrid role - candidates must be onsite Monday through Thursday at the San Diego office (3750 Torrey View Ct, San Diego, CA 92130) The position is a contract assignment with potential to hire, based on performance and business need Standard business hours Monday-Friday Supplier Manager Responsibilities Coordinate the full contracting lifecycle including software/service specs, capital product installations, invoicing, and reconciliation Collaborate closely with Sales to support the MMS sales contracts lifecycle (quote generation, redlining, negotiation, execution, amendments, and extensions) Review deal profitability and pricing strategies; manage internal approvals Analyze and resolve post-deal issues (contract obligations, billing, customer inquiries) Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with all regulations across business offerings Provide strategic deal structuring advice to support profitability and customer satisfaction Participate in process improvement initiatives for templates, systems, and standard terms Track and meet performance goals and KPIs such as contract cycle time Act with speed, agility, and accountability to meet team and organizational objectives Supplier Manager Requirements Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of experience with contracts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Solid understanding of finance and legal terminology/concepts Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate frequently with Sales Comfortable using multiple communication tools (telephone, email, instant messaging) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Supplier Manager Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience on a Contracting team Knowledge of business strategy, pricing models, and profitability thresholds Experience working with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Executive Sales teams Strategic thinker with business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision If you think this Supplier Manager position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
