Mail Processor Compensation Pay Rate: 18.56 per hour Shift 2 (Scottsdale): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Mail Processor Duties: • Operate and maintain large production printers and inserters • Troubleshoot equipment issues, including clearing jams and restocking materials • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Ensure timely and accurate processing of mail and print materials • Utilize Microsoft Office programs to complete daily tasks efficiently • Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and enjoyable workplace • Adapt to workflow changes and evolving production requirementsMail Processor Requirements: • Experience with large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office• Mail handling or customer service experience preferred• High School Diploma or GED• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
