We are currently recruiting an energetic Entry Level Client Representative to join our expanding team in Ontario. Join the Frontier D2D campaign to directly engage with the local community, educate them on advanced telecommunications, and acquire new clients through strategic and innovative approaches. In your capacity as an Entry Level Client Representative, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training rooted in our forward-thinking and innovative management practices, designed to nurture your leadership skills and develop you into an expert in direct sales and client engagement. You'll gain essential skills in relationship building, persuasive communication, and market analysis, directly impacting our clients' success by bringing Frontier services directly to residential and small business customers.Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Representative Conduct direct, in-person presentations of Frontier D2D services and products to potential clients in designated residential or small business areas. Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions of Frontier telecommunication services. Generate new leads through professional door-to-door canvassing and consistent follow-up, identifying opportunities for sales and service upgrades. Confidently answer customer questions, address objections, and provide accurate information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Guide customers seamlessly through the sales process, including completing necessary paperwork and securing new service agreements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals in a CRM system. Collaborate with team members and sales leadership, actively participating in training sessions and sharing valuable insights from the field. Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics, contributing directly to campaign success. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Client Representative: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. A year of experience in customer service, retail, promotions, or any client-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a desire for a sales career. Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly, actively listen, and engage confidently with diverse individuals in direct, in-person interactions. A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and the resilience to handle objections and learn from every interaction. A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and a commitment to providing excellent service and a positive client experience. Eagerness to learn direct sales techniques, product knowledge for Frontier D2D services, and adapt to coaching and feedback quickly. Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a field-based environment. Must be a resident of Ontario with reliable transportation, possessing a strong understanding of the local community.
