Pay $25hr Location: Carrollton Tx Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 7am-5:30pm Job description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facility, particularly in food processing and production areas. This position requires a strong commitment to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring that all areas meet regulatory requirements. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all equipment, surfaces, and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Execute industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Assist in the fabrication process by ensuring that all tools and machinery are clean and sanitized before use. Conduct regular inspections of sanitation practices to identify areas for improvement. Manage waste disposal effectively, ensuring that all waste is handled according to company policies. Support food production operations by maintaining a clean environment that promotes food safety. Engage in heavy lifting as required, moving materials and equipment safely throughout the facility.   Requirements Previous experience in custodial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning environments is preferred. Familiarity with food processing standards and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
