A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Animal Nutrition) . The Regulatory Affairs Specialist would be working for a major Fortune 500 company, and has career growth potential. Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Animal Nutrition) Highlights: Remote in USA Pay Range: $34-$44 Hourly Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time) Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Animal Nutrition) Responsibilities: Order, receive, process, and maintain documents from US State, Federal, and foreign government agencies to meet deadlines. Request and compile documentation (forms, labels, checks/money orders, letters) from FDA, USDA, and state agencies for export certificates such as Free Sales, Veterinary Health, Non-Animal Origin, and GMP. Coordinate notarizations, signature verifications, and legalization of regulatory documents via US government and foreign embassies. Distribute and file documents for internal, external, and global departments; track all documents throughout the process. Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs department, drafting correspondence and managing documentation. Handle FDA Food Facility re-registration and updates (contacts, site info, Bioterrorism list, etc.). Process state license applications for Food and Drug. Manage procurement tasks, including POs, invoice tracking, and department credit card usage. Support the Global Toxicology team with confidentiality agreements, MSAs, MTAs, SCAs, vendor setup (ARIBA), quotations, invoicing, and data/documentation management. Research and update information on changing regulations and fees from government agencies and foreign embassies. Operate in a fast-paced, international environment with shifting priorities and confidential information. Work cross-functionally to achieve department goals and support where needed. Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Animal Nutrition) Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in animal nutrition regulatory affairs highly preferred. Experience with CRO agreements (CDA, MSA, MTA, SCA), pricing negotiations, ARIBA/vendor creation, and regulatory documentation management.
