Responsibilities as a Management Consultant: Attend regularly scheduled meetings to gain knowledge on sales techniques products or services and to stay up-to-date with new deals or sales promotions Set the example as a leader and demonstrate our company values of recognition, respect, accountability, and trust Develop trusting connections by promoting a positive experience, engaging and educating customers, and referring as appropriate Learn all aspects of the business consulting industry through our management trainee program and shadowing our senior management staff Assist customers with any questions, problems, and concerns related to products, services, or sales promotions Coach, and motivate team members to drive sales revenue that delivers exceptional customer service Requirements as a Management Consultant: 1-3 years of experience in management, leadership, customer service, sales, or client-facing is a plus Degree in Business Management, Management, Finance, Sales, or Business Administration preferred Outstanding conflict management and problem-solving abilities Ability to delegate tasks, lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team Results-oriented, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the company such as fellow team members, clients, customers, and supervisors Perks of Our Management Consultant Position: Full Comprehensive training from the ground up Fast track to a senior role in the company Leadership training with guidance from an esteemed professional Community involvement and volunteer opportunities Culture building activities
