Promptly implement and excel in all sales and operational strategies. Support senior management in overseeing daily operations. Aid the Retail Store Manager in developing, training, and leading the team. Provide exceptional customer service to guide customer purchase decisions. Engage in continuous training and development to advance towards a Retail Store Manager position when available. Foster a vibrant, organized, and engaging workplace for both customers and staff. Collaborate effectively with Sales Manager Trainees and sales team members to exceed individual and collective goals. Actively participate in marketing activities to maximize daily sales opportunities. The Sales Manager Trainee will be required to have: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (retail sales experience is a plus). Proven leadership potential and a desire to manage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
