Are you ready to take on a challenge? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative! Your main responsibilities will include: Following up on assigned customer leads and business prospects daily through direct contact on multiple channels. Delivering exceptional customer care, resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism and in a timely manner. Attending regular team meetings to strategize territory and product plans. Maintaining exceptional performance standards in customer satisfaction and closing customer leads. Keeping open communication with management and other team members. Building a thorough working knowledge of products, consumer demand, market prices, and brand compliance. Hiring, training, and developing other team members. What We Are Looking For in Our Next Customer Service & Sales Representative: Highly personable, outgoing, and positive. Ability to adhere to strict compliance policies. Comfortable interacting with consumers daily and following up on sales leads. Proactively approaches problems with a solution-oriented mentality. Basic computer skills and technical proficiency. All training is provided as this is an entry-level position; we just need the right raw material! Customer Service & Sales Representative Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally. Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close leads effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills. Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and maintain open communication with colleagues and management. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand product details, market trends, and consumer behavior.
