Main Job Responsibilities of the Brand Promotions Representative: Communicate key brand messages and product information, effectively conveying the value proposition and benefits to consumers. Collect consumer feedback on products and promotions to help Highland Management improve future campaigns. Track and report on promotional activities, including consumer interactions, sample distribution, and overall campaign effectiveness. Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in Tampa, building positive relationships with consumers, event organizers, and retail partners. Work with the Highland Management team to create and implement innovative promotional plans customized. Minimum Qualifications for the Brand Promotions Representative: High School diploma or equivalent. Some college education or an Associate's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in brand promotion, sales, marketing, or customer service, with a demonstrated ability to engage with consumers and represent a brand effectively, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and communicate brand messages clearly and persuasively to consumers in the Tampa area. Outgoing, energetic, and personable demeanor, with a passion for interacting with people and creating positive brand experiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team at Highland Management, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment in Tampa. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, track materials, and meet deadlines for promotional events and activities in the Tampa area. Proficiency in using technology and communication tools, including smartphones, tablets, and presentation equipment, to support promotional activities. Enthusiastic individual needed to professionally represent Highland Management and the client brand. Must have a positive attitude and passion for brand promotion.
