The Business Development Trainee must have: Prior experience in sales or leadership roles is highly desirable Strong goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results Excellent verbal communication skills and comfortable client engagement Highly adaptable and able to adjust effectively to various environments A degree in Business or Management is strongly preferred Demonstrated willingness to build professional networks and lasting relationships A strong desire for long-term growth and development within a company The Business Development Trainee is responsible for: Meet with customers regularly to discuss new telecommunications and product offerings, initiating the sales process. Progress from Assistant Management Trainee to Senior Level Account Manager, gaining responsibilities in sales cycle management and team development. Conduct market research to identify areas for improving overall results. Onboard new team members by training them on company systems and procedures to ensure professional and confident execution.
