This role is a direct path where your evolving expertise ensures customer satisfaction and drives the success of Frontier D2D. Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Trainee Receive in-depth training on Frontier's wireless products, including 5G, services, and D2D sales and customer service methods. Engage with potential and existing customers in designated areas to introduce and explain Frontier's wireless solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Identify customer needs for wireless services and clearly explain Frontier's value and benefits in meeting those needs. Provide customers with basic support, troubleshoot common issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales and support process. Develop skills in persuasive communication, professional objection handling, and effective closing techniques for wireless product sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, learning achievements, and customer feedback in the CRM system. Work with sales and customer service teams, contributing to meetings and sharing field insights. Strive to meet learning objectives and contribute to team sales and customer satisfaction goals through dedicated effort and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications of the Wireless Sales & Customer Service Trainee: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Entry-level experience in customer service, retail, promotions, or any client-facing role is a plus; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly, clear, and engaging demeanor for direct customer interaction, capable of building immediate rapport. Possesses a strong passion for assisting customers, actively listening to understand their needs, and developing skills to resolve basic issues efficiently. Highly eager to learn wireless technology, sales, and customer service; quickly adapts to new information and coaching. Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation to achieve learning objectives and contribute to team targets in a field-based, D2D environment. Basic comfort with technology and a willingness to quickly learn about wireless products, devices, and customer service software. Must be a resident of Ontario with reliable transportation, possessing a strong understanding of the local community.
