What makes our Entry Level Customer Service Associate's stand out is their ability to have unmatched interpersonal skills and leave an ever-lasting impression.Responsibilities for our Entry Level Customer Service Trainee:  Develop relationships directly with the customer by being friendly, courteous, empathetic, and professional Provide education to customers on products and services we have to offer through in-person interactions Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility  Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members Answering questions that may arise from customers and reporting directly to management if unsure  Entry Level Customer Service Trainee Qualifications: Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency 0-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, retail, or community relations role is preferred  Strong desire to help customers Capable of juggling multiple tasks and problem-solving Engaging and enthusiastic demeanor  Being bilingual is a plus, but it is not required to qualify for the position
