About The Job   In the Customer Enrollment Associate role, you are responsible for:   Guiding customers through the enrollment process from start to finish Communicating with customers on client services and products to initiate sales and complete order requests Working with fellow Customer Enrollment Associate and other sales team members in delivering solutions to specific Oklahoma areas Partner with the upper management in assisting in sales, customer service, and territory tracking Staying current and monitoring industry trends in an effort to create new customer service strategies   To be considered for the Customer Enrollment Associate position, you must have:   A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications or a related field Previous experience of customer service, retail, or other people-facing roles is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and people skills Willingness and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-pace setting Flexibility to work in changing schedules and environments A residence in Oklahoma City, OK (or willingness to relocate)
