Client Acquisition Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert-level assistance and developing customized solutions to ensure their long-term satisfaction and success with Frontier services in the Camarillo area. As a Client Representative, you will go beyond traditional support, taking ownership of complex customer issues and working proactively to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions for their Frontier internet, phone, and potentially TV services. You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring our customers get the best Client Representative service in Camarillo and get the most value from their Frontier experience. Minimum Qualifications of the Client Representative: High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus. Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and achieve targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging presentation style. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with diverse individuals in the Camarillo area. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong drive to succeed and acquire new clients. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions. A willingness to learn and retain comprehensive information about Frontier's residential internet, phone, and potentially TV services. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications. Must be a resident of the Camarillo, CA metropolitan area or have a strong understanding of the local community.
