Date Posted: 05/29/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 483434 Industry: IT Company Job Title: Content Acquisition Associate Job Location: Cupertino, CA, USA, 95014 Work Model: Hybrid Work Model Details: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 7 Min Hourly Rate ($): 42.86 Max Hourly Rate ($): 42.86 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Content, CRM, Reporting, Training Experience Desired: Content acquisition, CRM system implementation, or workflow optimization (3 yrs) Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Job Description Education: • Bachelor's Degree Experience: • 3-5 years' experience relevant to content acquisition, CRM system implementation, or workflow optimization Key Responsibilities: • Transition existing acquisition team workflows into the new CRM tool. • Develop and document best practices for using the CRM tool within content acquisition. • Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the team. • Optimize CRM databases for better data organization and reporting. • Ensure the Greats Process (sourcing back catalog games) is fully integrated into relevant CRM tools. • Collaborate with developers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow. • Create intake forms for developers to streamline data collection and ensure all relevant information is integrated into the new CRM tool. • Monitor adoption progress, collect feedback, and refine the system as needed.
