Main Job Responsibilities of the Account Sales Manager: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in the Tampa area, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, expand account penetration, and drive revenue growth within the client portfolio. Understand client business needs and objectives related to services, and recommend tailored solutions that address their requirements and deliver value. Manage the full sales cycle for clients, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency. Work with sales support, operations, and marketing teams to provide clients with smooth onboarding, service, and account management. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, report to clients and management, and identify growth opportunities within accounts. Expand client relationships by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for services to maximize revenue. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates, and effectively communicate this information to clients. Minimum Qualifications for the Account Sales Manager: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Experienced sales account manager with a history of exceeding targets, ideally in telecommunications and services. Strong understanding of the product portfolio, services, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and build strong relationships. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, manage the sales cycle, and close deals. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs, develop solutions, and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment at Highland Management.
