Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:Our organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager (Injection Molding) to join our Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in plastic injection molding to make a significant impact on our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes related to injection molding, ensuring that every product meets our stringent standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This is a full-time, position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.Responsibilities:1. Overseeing all aspects of quality control within the injection molding department, including the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.2. Developing and implementing quality control protocols for new products, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulatory and internal standards.3. Collaborating with other department heads to ensure that quality control is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.4. Conducting regular audits of the injection molding process, identifying potential areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.5. Training and supervising quality control staff, ensuring that they are fully up-to-date with all necessary procedures and regulations.6. Regularly reviewing and updating quality control procedures to reflect changes in industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policy.7. Working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the injection molding process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.8. Preparing and presenting regular reports on the performance of the quality control department, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.Qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the plastic injection molding industry.3. Extensive knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols, specifically as they relate to plastic injection molding.4. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures.5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.8. Proficiency in the use of quality control software and other relevant technology.9.
