Maintenance Technician Delmont, PAStarting Wage: $19/Hour8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through FridayONE POSITION ONLY!This is an excellent position for someone who is searching for a career. Duties and Responsibilities Associates will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to: Conducts required monthly checks on all fire extinguishers, ensuring they are filled, in good operating condition, and up to date. Perform PM's on equipment accurately and thoroughly. Service production equipment; lubricate as per preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, performing PM tasks on process and facility equipment to ensure efficient operation. PM maintenance on plant support systems, air compressors, chillers, pumps and materials handling equipment. Plan and schedule predictive and preventative work orders for maintenance Repair equipment, processes, etc. as required. Collect, store and maintain waste oils, greases, etc. Assist in the disposal of waste. Record and document all PM records for all plant equipment. Perform PM maintenance on D/C motors. Skills and Qualifications Know and understand test tools, such as multi meters, amp meters, oscilloscope, and meg meter. Be able to read basic engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process. Three (3) years' experience in preventative maintenance.
