We're looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our automated Distribution Centers.Whether it's keeping conveyors moving, troubleshooting control systems, or ensuring workplace safety, you'll play a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.Maintenance & Technical Support Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, dock equipment, HVAC, lighting, and more Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support automation systems: diagnose/reset faults, work with PLCs, sensors, HMIs Collaborate with IT to resolve WMS, scanner, and other connected system issues Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and vendor-coordinated major repairs Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and system records Mount equipment, assemble workstations, and adjust/replace racking as needed Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols Log all maintenance activity in CMMS Support audits, inspections, and facility compliance effortsWhat We're Looking For Experience: 3+ years in warehouse or industrial maintenance (7+ years if no degree). Skills: Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and interpreting technical diagrams. Tech Knowledge: Familiar with basic control systems, PLCs, sensors, IP networking, and Warehouse Management Systems. Mindset: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, self-starter, and safety-focused.Preferred Skills: Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment centerCMMS software experience (e.g., Fiix, Maintenance Connection)OSHA 10 or 30 certificationBasic networking or IT knowledgePay by LocationFlower Mound, TX: $25-$30/hrKernersville, NC: $23-$28/hrTemecula, CA: $25-$32/hrHours: Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, onsite)Ready to be part of a team that values technical expertise, safety, and continuous improvement?
