Job Category: Finance Job Title: ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project Consultant Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project Consultant to lead and support a series of payroll-related initiatives. This role is critical to the successful execution of configuration updates and organizational changes within our payroll system. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ADP WFN, with a focus on payroll setup, compliance, and configuration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of a new salary non-exempt payroll type in ADP WFN. Update overtime calculation rules in line with evolving business requirements. Assist with the merger of two U.S. entities, including transferring ~600 employees to a unified paycode. Configure and implement two new entity-specific paycodes in the system. Execute PTO configuration updates, ensuring alignment with company policy. Collaborate with Payroll, PX (People Experience), and Project Management teams to gather requirements, document processes, and validate testing. Provide guidance on ADP WFN best practices and troubleshoot system-related issues. Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an ADP WFN Consultant, with emphasis on Payroll and Configuration. Proven track record in complex payroll projects, including paycode design, system merges, and integrations. Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and compliance standards. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and proactively. Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
