This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in cash flow management, multi-location financials, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial concepts and practices, coupled with an ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing financial statements, forecast reports, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.2. Manage the company's cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.3. Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance department staff, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and building an effective team dynamic.4. Coordinate and strategize the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities of all or part of the organization.5. Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.6. Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.7. Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.8. Provide bilingual Spanish-English support, facilitating effective communication within the team and with international clients or partners.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role within the hospitality industry.3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Proven experience in financial project management, along with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.5. Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.6. Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools.7. Ability to strategize and solve problems promptly.8. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing and developing a team.9. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.10.
