Test Technician

Shifts Available:  2ndWe are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. This role involves conducting production tests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining tools and specialized equipment in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics, testing equipment, and manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities: Set up and perform tests on complete units and components under operational conditions. Analyze test results against design specifications and objectives; adjust equipment as needed to meet requirements. Record test procedures, results, and data (numerical and graphical); provide recommendations for product or process improvements. Maintain and use various tools and equipment, including power meters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, automated/computerized systems, and metric measurement tools. Collaborate with the engineering team to define processes and develop improved test methods and tooling for production. Assist in test plan development and ensure adherence to customer specifications and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Test and inspect machines and equipment in manufacturing as needed.Qualifications: Knowledge of electronics and testing equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance protocols.
