An established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead operations within its Fabrication Department. This role is responsible for production planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective manufacturing.Manufacturing ManagerLocation: Capital District | Job Type: Full-Time, ExemptReports To: Director of OperationsKey Responsibilities: Manage daily manufacturing operations, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure timely product delivery within budget. Develop and maintain production schedules, labor plans, and cost estimates. Support quoting and business development efforts with accurate production data. Enforce OSHA-compliant safety standards and lead employee training initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, HR) to drive operational efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and support manufacturing personnel with a focus on continuous improvement.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in welding/fabrication manufacturing; minimum 2 years in a leadership role. Welding certification preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
